Once the order is shipped or dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

If the order is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be initiated.

Or store wallet/credit (if applicable)
We reserve the right to cancel an order in cases such as:

Pricing or listing errors
Payment issues
Suspected fraudulent activity
Incomplete or incorrect delivery information
In such cases, customers will be fully refunded.
The following orders cannot be cancelled:
Orders already shipped or out for delivery
Customized or made-to-order products
Sale, discounted, or clearance items (if specified)
