Cancellation Policy – eNepalShop

At eNepalShop, we understand that sometimes plans change. This Cancellation Policy explains how and when you can cancel an order.


1. Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

  • To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible with your Order ID.

  • Once the order is shipped or dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.


2. Cancellation Process

To request cancellation:

  1. Contact us via email or phone

  2. Provide:

    • Order ID

    • Reason for cancellation

  3. Our team will confirm whether the order is eligible for cancellation.


3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • If the order is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be initiated.

  • Refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be made through:

    • Original payment method (eSewa, Khalti, bank transfer, etc.)

    • Or store wallet/credit (if applicable)


4. Cancellation by eNepalShop

We reserve the right to cancel an order in cases such as:

  • Product out of stock

  • Pricing or listing errors

  • Payment issues

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

  • Incomplete or incorrect delivery information

In such cases, customers will be fully refunded.


5. Non-Cancellable Orders

The following orders cannot be cancelled:

  • Orders already shipped or out for delivery

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Sale, discounted, or clearance items (if specified)
