To initiate a return:

Reason for return
Photos/videos (if damaged or defective)

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Original payment method (eSewa, Khalti, bank transfer, etc.)
Or store credit (if applicable)
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
Refund for cancelled orders (before dispatch) will be processed within 3–7 business days.
Exchanges are allowed only for size/color issues or defective products.
Exchange requests must be made within 3–5 days of delivery.
Availability of replacement products is subject to stock.
If your product arrives damaged:

Contact us within 24 hours with photos/videos as proof
Failure to report within this time may result in rejection of the claim.
