Refund & Return Policy – eNepalShop

At eNepalShop, we value our customers and aim to provide quality products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The product received does not match the order placed

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence

  • Personal care items, innerwear, or hygiene products

  • Products bought on sale / discount / clearance

  • Digital products (if any)


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at [your support email / phone]

  2. Provide:

    • Order ID

    • Product name

    • Reason for return

    • Photos/videos (if damaged or defective)

  3. Our team will review and confirm the return request.


4. Refund Policy

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued via:

    • Original payment method (eSewa, Khalti, bank transfer, etc.)

    • Or store credit (if applicable)


5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

  • Refund for cancelled orders (before dispatch) will be processed within 3–7 business days.


6. Exchange Policy (Optional)

  • Exchanges are allowed only for size/color issues or defective products.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 3–5 days of delivery.

  • Availability of replacement products is subject to stock.


7. Damaged Products During Delivery

If your product arrives damaged:

  • Do not accept the delivery OR

  • Contact us within 24 hours with photos/videos as proof

Failure to report within this time may result in rejection of the claim.
